Maybe update for a more pleasant experience.

I was able to check in at 2pm, which was very helpful. Front desk was friendly. The location is quite walkable with restaurants and some stores close by. Quiet too.

The rooms didn’t have carpet which was great because I hate carpet, elevators are relatively quick service, the staff was very nice and gave us a crib for the 6 month old with us, the rooms are pretty noise proof as we couldn’t hear the other rooms. This is my second time coming to this hotel to see New York

fix your elevators, update the hallway carpets, put refrigerators and microwaves in every room, the beds were nice though

We waited the hotel shuttle bus for more than 45 minutes at the airport terminal. There is no restaurant or cafeteria in this hotel.
