「We put in our notes that we needed a crib. When we checked in they said they were out of cribs. We had to leave and asked them if they were going to be able to get a crib before we returned and the staff assured me that they would. When we returned that night around 9pm, the staff informed us that they didn't get one and there is nothing they could do about it. It's frustrating because we have an 8 month old who needs to be in a crib and we would not have booked this property if we weren't going...

「The breakfast was good, the property is a bit dated (room door sticks, broken tiles in the elevator, shower drain stop rusted out). The coffee is to weak!」

「I booked the room for, as I thought, a quiet place to stay outside of the city of Charleston. Shem Creek happened to be the most sought after place in the area. Thankfully, we always found the last reserved hotel parking spot every evening. Plenty of good restaurants, walking opportunities and quick drive to beaches; 10/10 on location. The hotel itself was fine. The outside patio was clean but the inside and rooms only would get a 5/10 on cleanliness. No housekeeping so took care of towels and...

「Breakfast was ok. Hotel was smelly and hot. Elevator was on its last leg. They were supposed to have cold drinks but fridge was broken. And had to ask for service for our room for clean towels 」
