"This is a cute hotel with a boutique feel. The cut brick and aesthetics are beautiful. The room is decent sized and the bathroom shower was nice and big. The staff were kind and sincere. Valet parking was well managed. The adjoining coffee shop serves superb coffee and the restaurant had great food. "

"Very nice new clean hotel open rooms comfortable beds walk in showers comfortable towels the staff was very accessible kids loved the pool and hot tubs and for dinner there is a great restaurant next door 10 steps away Bricks great food and beverages "

"Service was great! Only one issue with the bathroom lights and outlets not working when we returned from a show. We got back at midnight so we did not request a new room or for it to be looked at, but I’m sure if we did it would have been fixed right away. Definitely will return if needing to stay in this area again. "

"What I liked about my stay that i thought was pretty cool and coinvent was the digital key and the app they use for their stay! You can share your digital key through email to whoever is staying with you or still request a physical copy up at front. The Digital key gives you access to your room, pool and coming from outside on the sides. Also you can check out right on the app as well, no need to stop and talk to anyone! "

The walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbors being intimate for EVER. 🙄 I actually said in just a loud voice “hello, thin walls people” and they quieted down… which tells you they are thin. Also the beds are HARD. I was there for 5 nights and slept rough. "

"The Lowell Inn was lovely. Old school glamour. Lots of mirrors in our room. We had a view of the river off the distance (room 333). We had a murphy bed and all beds were comfy. Only downside was there were no hangars in the room. "
