「Clean room and super nice staff.」

「Conveniently located, very easy too find. Comfortable enough. Spacious enough. My only comment: the room’s floor could have used sweeping and mopping. And someone else’s food remained in the fridge.」

「Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.」

「Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru...

「Bathroom mirror was missing. Vanity was very short, 30 inches tall. Unpleasant odor to room. Temperature were 90 degrees, AC kept up nicely. It was in a good location and bed was ok.」

「Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.」

「Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular.」
