We loved the king suite room! The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room was a great bonus! The complimentary breakfast was good, with a pancake and waffle maker. The couch bed was not very comfortable. The kids could feel the springs. The pool was freezing but luckily they had a nice sized hot tub. We talked to the staff and they turned the pool heat up but we couldn’t tell until the morning. It felt a lot better in the morning. All in all, we would definitely stay again!

For the most part, everything was okay. The room was clean. Housekeeping came by at 9 AM (not good if you are sleeping in or have no soap) and was not available after 10 AM, so you need to go to the front desk and ask. The coffee maker was found in a dresser drawer. They had free breakfast but no hot chocolate on cold winter days.

We had a wedding party book here and the breakfast was phenomenal and way more than I anticipated to be provided. The rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping staff were amazing, as were the breakfast and front desk staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Room was clean but you could tell carpet was dirty because socks were dirty after walking on it. Never saw any housekeeping staff. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never checked on. No clean towels or anything. Front desk staff was great and breakfast was always good with a lot of variety.

Very nice hotel. Staff is great. Great breakfast everyday. Love the location in an area within walking and driving distance to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, etc.
