I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. I arrived at 7:00 PM on 6/6/25 and the place was closed for business! I did not get to check in and was left stranded. I was lucky to find another hotel down the road, but after travelling all day, this was a terrible experience. You should vet your hotels better. Please make sure I don't get charged for this. The attached photo shows the itenerary number.

Great place to stay in all regards when visiting Minnesota. The staff is very helpful and helped guide me through my situation. I had vehicle trouble when traveling and they have been great in all ways. Highly recommended and definitely would stay here again.
