The lady who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. Told us to park in the ramp but didn't explain how to get back into the hotel. The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the ...
