「Furqhan was polite, friendly, and check-in was fast. No long conversations. Not overly friendly, smile was genuine, was not curt, perfect for reception area. I swear a lot of hotels do not make an effort to hire the right people sometimes and it’s a surprise when they do. This time, they did great! Hire more poeple like him! 」
