We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The best part was definitely the location, it’s in a very convenient spot, close to everything we needed.
However, there were several issues that took away from the overall comfort of our stay. The bathroom had a sliding door that didn’t close completely, which made it hard to have any privacy. To make things worse, the toilet often wouldn’t flush, and we ended up having to pour water into it using the ice bucket just to get it to work. One night, the hot water didn’t work at all, so we had to take cold showers.
Cleanliness could have been better too. We found a used contact lens on the bed frame when we first arrived, which was pretty off-putting.
Lastly, the elevators were incredibly slow. We often had to wait 10–15 minutes just to get to our floor, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time, which wasn’t ideal.
