"My family and I have always loved this hotel, when checking in the front desk person was a little rude when I asked a question. And the AC in our room didn't work well it was a little hot. But love this hotel and convince to the Riverwalk. "

"I loved that there were several places to eat around the property. Shopping was within walking distance if needed."

"Great spot for family, the lazy river was great. The only down side was our room was located right were the maids placed there old linens etc so there was constant noise out side our door."

"This is a beautiful old building. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the Alamo. Nice location for walking along the Riverwalk, only a couple blocks away. They do a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine. "
