"Stayed as a personal retreat. It was quiet, very clean. I was late driving in and they reached out via text message to make sure I had the code I needed at my fingertips. I even watched a hummingbird for a while in the small private courtyard area. It was a nice retreat and only minutes from downtown. "

"Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries "

"The Coco Casita was cute and clean. The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. There is a Weber charcoal grill, but needs some grilling tools (at least tongs). The backyard fence has a few too many holes for privacy in the hottub, although there really isn't anyone around. The kitchenette is handy, though some dish soap for the dishes is needed. "PROS: We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication and direction from the host. Property was easy to access and centrally located. CONS: The property had beautiful listing pictures, but the quality of the furniture was not very good. The beds were a little wobbly and some were squeaky. Also, the chairs in the living room felt like they were going to break when you sat on them. The baseboards and air vents were dirty and dusty. The rest of the house was very clean. "
