The room definitely needs to updated. The bathroom sink has a huge crack and the toilet flushed very slow. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Having a Tesla charger on the property was very helpful.

The rooms were really dated. The furniture, decor, carpet, lighting, and especially the bathroom, felt like a blast from the past. The resort was like a ghost town when we were there. The grounds overall and clubhouse seemed to be updated and maintained but the rooms were not renovated or updated at all. It felt dirty and it smelled musty. We will not be back and would not recommend it for anyone.

Rooms are spacious with balcony/porch. Scenic views from room and around the property. But room really needs good upgrades, old leaking faucets. Room service is not great, we requested for coffee cups/tooth brush, we got them after almost an hour.

The front desk staff was amazing. We had some extra special needs and they accommodated us immediately and went above and beyond our ask. One of our favorite places. It would have been great if they enforced the ‘adults only’ rule at the adult pool, but they didn’t this last time we were there. Overall, we had a good time and the food has definitely improved at La Cascada.

Very enjoyable get-away

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated. The pool area was nice, and the clubhouse and restaurant were excellent—everything we ordered was delicious. Service was great everywhere, from poolside to the restaurant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The activities were fun, and prices were reasonable. Overall, a very nice place and a good value.
