"Nice lobby, room felt a little dated, great dinner-snack/breakfast options. Parking garage was shared with another property and a little hard to find a parking space. Overall good."

"They offer free hot breakfast and also food and drinks in the evenings for dinner!! Our fur babies were welcomed and the cleaning staff were so friendly. Security at night and gated fence for vehicles. Great location too, a Park and Ride was so close that made our Alamodome event much easier to get to. Definitely staying here again next time we go to SA. "

"We stayed in a suite with 5 people and there was a lot of room. It had a full kitchen and dryer &washing machine which was nice to have. The pools were nice and kept up. The athletic center had various popular machines available. "

"San Antonio is an experience all its own. Hotel Gibbs added to that experiencing because of its proximity to everything in the city. We valeted our car for two days and didn’t call it back until we were ready to leave the city. Everything is within walking distance and so beautiful!"

"I enjoyed my 3 day stay and extended to 4. Very clean, the bed was comfortable but I have 1 complaint about the continental breakfast. The coffee (regular and decaffeinated) were ridiculously weak every day. Everything else was good. The breakfast area is so bright, clean and very pretty. Also, I know most people have cell phones to use for the time or alarms but I have never been in a hotel room that didn’t have a clock. That made it annoying to have to keep checking my phone. "

"The Menger is a historic hotel that’s close to much of what’s going on in San Antonio. We stayed on the historic side of the hotel, so the room was charming, but also comfortable. I would have liked more towels, but it was super late when we got back so we didn’t want to disturb anyone to get them. I would have loved to be able to open our windows and enjoy the balcony. Other than that it was good!"
