「We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time.」

「We were visiting San Antonio for my nieces 25th birthday. We chose this hotel because a suite with 2 queen beds would give us more room to be together, but not be so crowded. The staff were super friendly and our room was great. We had a plumbing problem and they were there within minutes to fix it. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed kind of overwhelmed and struggled to keep food items filled. We would definitely stay here again.」

「1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall...
