「When I got to the hotel after a long day traveling, they advised me that hotel oversold and I would need to go to a different hotel for the night. It was after midnight and I was really hoping to just go to bed. I had five nights booked. The hotel they told me to go to was rather run down. I returned for the rest of my stay, and it was fine, other than the dinner selection was very limited and the same staff was serving the front desk as the bar and restaurant, so wait times w.ere long .」

「Loved the gated area, cleanliness and peaceful environment. Breakfast was good and hospitality was good as well.」

「Restroom door wouldn’t close half way. Management and maintenance didn’t want to help. Shower pressure was extremely low. And it took 8-10 minutes before the shower gets warm.」

「The bathtub drain was broke, the door lock and deadbolt broke, the carpet was gross, the front desk seemed to get irritated if you asked for anything. The breakfast was okay, the bed was comfortable. I thought it was very sweet that the housecleaning staff made our Kleenex into flowers.」

「床很好睡」

「It was very noisy」

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」
