"Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right"

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

"Nice atmosphere in the ground level café with good coffee and cake. The outside is rather noisy, especially on a weekend night, but with closed windows it's quite ok. There was a balcony on our room, but with no view to speak of, there was little reason to step outside. There's only one elevator, so during busy times, one might have to wait quite a while to get up or down."
