"We were considering cancelling our reservation due to all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a shot before we did so. Some people said it was in a shady part of town, but really it's just located in a lot of urban sprawl. Not super beautiful, but not unsafe either. For the price, it was fine. Pool was open 6am - 10pm, breakfast was open from 7-10, and check out wasn't until 12. Parking was slightly limited, but the front desk would work with you if you couldn't find a spot. ...

"Fantastic stay at Richmond Airport Sheraton. There was nothing negative we could say about it. Beds were comfortable, room clean and wonderful bathroom and powerful shower."
