「More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next...

「Close to some restaurants about 5 minute we. Shopping center also 5 minute walk, there’s a Dicks sporting goods, Panera bread, chic file. Pool on site. Depending on room choice breakfast is included you can order omelets , pancakes etc. if breakfast not included it can range from $15-18. Location was nice. King room is spacious, with ridge and microwave, coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Great staff.」

「First and foremost, there were no staff at the front desk to check me in upon arrival, I literally stood at the desk waiting and calling for help for at least ten minutes. The carpet on throughout the hotel was extremely dirty and needs to go. The linen that was used on the bed looks dirty, no amount of washing is going to make them white again. There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. There was so much going on that needs addressing but I am going to stop here.」
