「The room looked like it was okay but once in there I began to see ants. ALOT of ants were there in the bed on the floor in the sink area. I was okay with there being no bathe door being I was alone in the room but I was weird. The shower had warm water only no hot water to my shower. I tried late at night and early morning and it was still the same with the Luke warm water 」

「I requested late checkout online which read “pending” at the time of check in. I confirmed with the front desk clerk that I need late check out(1pm). 3 different times housekeeping keeps banging on the door! I yell out late check out! The front desk calls, I tell them I requested late checkout online as well as check in, his response was the evening clerk didn’t leave housekeeping a note:( I was totally annoyed! The do not disturb sign was not in the room, at least I was too annoyed to notice....

「Friendly staff, but they should have a schedule for people that have not been there before. They have different activities, but we missed out on a lot because we simply did not know. If you want to save, eat at places outside of the place. 」

「Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional yet friendly. The location worked well for our travel plans. We were traveling north to Maine, so we stayed just one night. We left the hotel early the next morning (3:30 am sort of early) to beat the heaviest NYC traffic. We were north of the NYC by 6:30 am, and in southern Maine by noon. 」

「Room wasn’t ready when I arrived to check in at 4:30, was never notified when it was available. Finally returned around 8 after not hearing anything and was able to get into reserved room. Also sent a message days before arrival about a fridge/freezer for medication and never got an answer. 」

「Reasonably priced, centrally located and comfortable. Pool, gym, breafast - we will definitely stay there again.」

「The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, although I could hear water running through the pipes from the rooms above through the wall. Which was loud enough to wake me up and a little unusual.」
