"For the most part price and location I thought it was a very good deal. The hotel's a little older so it kind of has that old dingy kind of vibe a little bit in the rooms. But everything was clean for the most part. Although the shower head in our bathroom was spring water towards the ceiling. I forgot to report it to the front desk but all in all for the price location and the room I don't think you can beat it"

"Felt safe in the area and the price was a really good deal for 3 nights! We arrived about an hour before check-in but they allowed us to check-in early. Our room was okay in cleanliness but should have been thoroughly cleaned. There were a few dirt spots on the floor and food crumbs in a chair. I usually carry antibacterial wipes with me so I used them to clean up the little spots I saw here and there. The floor definitely needed dusting. Otherwise the beds were clean and had clean linens. One of our door locks was half broken? It needed to be screwed back into place. The room was still secure but they definitely have to replace it soon. The free breakfast can go quick so show up early (starts at 7) but had decent and plenty of options! I would stay again."

"The property was clean and well-maintained, the room was absolutely beautiful and big, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were super appreciated and I hadn’t seen that before (I don’t travel often, but still). The woman working the night shift at the front desk, Brianna, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So kind, personable, and helpful, we loved her so much. My only complaint is that I wish the ice room had a water dispenser, because I drank water from the bathroom sink. Otherwise, this was a wonderful stay."

"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."
