"Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, easy access to the waterfront. Staff was very helpful. The valets were particularly helpful getting us to the building we were staying in."

"The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet. You have interesting dining options like seafood, sushi, chicken, habachi in walking distance. There’s also a gas station very close if your traveling by car. There’s shopping & grocery stores all in walking distance. Only dislike is that there began to be a ton of ants on my 3rd day of stay. Which made me panic after getting comfortable in my stay"

"Check in was a breeze. Room air was not working. Called front desk and with 15 minutes were moved to cool room. Some things are showing age but breakfast is great. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. However, water pressure in the shower was so strong that the water actually stung when hitting one's skin. That is something se have never encountered in a hotel before, including when we stayed at your hotel earlier this year."

"Hotel is showing its age. Bathroom is old style tub and terrible lighting. Housekeeping in room was very good. No complimentary breakfast It cost $12 which is ridiculous. Plenty of very nearby restaurants probably less expensive. Terrible complimentary coffee in the lobby during morning only. Don’t trust cleanliness of coffee maker in room. Parking spaces are way too narrow. A 6 out of 10 overall at best. TRU By Hilton hotels beat this one hands down."

"The place is beautiful. The rooms are little small and could use updating. When I turned the air on the windows rattled so loud. I had to keep it on low to avoid the noise. No microwave in the room and be prepared for the slamming door at 6am. Other than those things we really enjoyed our time. "
