「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「I really like the style of room decoration, which pays great attention to details. The tableware is fully equipped and easy to use.」

「My stay at the hotel was excellent. It was my lady’s birthday and they sent a special package for her. Truly appreciate the gesture, the hotel staff and cleanliness of the room. I will definitely be back when next we visit San Antonio.」

「The room was a little on the older side. No issue for me though. Room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was wonderful! The lady at the front desk was kind and was absolutely amazing. If I ever come back to the San Antonio area i'll definitely stay here again! 」
