8/10 Good

"Nothing really stands out to make this property exceptional. The breakfast was decent, the dining room was quite spacious and clean as well as the bedroom. This property have 3 buildings that are connected in that you can go from one to the other via a hallway. The breakfast was served in the 3d building. AC was good and the bed was comfortable. Kids were noisy and screaming across the hallway from us for a while (No fault of the hotel rather inconsiderate parents. Property seemed like they were having improvements done."

"Most things were just fine, many things were really good. The bar is a complete joke, it is closed completely on Sunday and Monday. There are flyers posted all over the hotel, so not being open everyday looks foolish and lazy. The bar tender is an inattentive, surly grump, (keeping my language clean) who clearly hates his job. That system needs a complete revamp. I will also note that charging guests to park in your parking lot is ridiculous. That seems cheap and appears to be one more gouge on tourists. Other staff at the hotel were very good, helpful and friendly."

"Love this hotel and always check their rates before anyone when we’re doing a quick trip up to Disney. I had two very minor issues this trip, which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5 in two categories. The first is that due to thunder and lightning earlier in the day the pool wasn’t open either evening we were there. I know that’s a safety thing but usually they reopen once the storm is over so my kids were pretty bummed after long park days that they weren’t able to relax in the pool. The second was that we asked for extra pillows both nights. I was told that they didn’t have anyone who could bring them until after 10 pm when the night matinee guy got there. The first night we fell asleep before 10. The second night I was told the same, I called at 10:15 as I was instructed to, was told someone would be by in a few minutes, but then no one showed up and we ended up going to sleep at 11:15 extra pillow-less. Not a huge deal and won’t stop us from staying again, we’ll just make sure to bring a few extra pillows from home! Overall I love this hotel, my kids love this hotel, I feel very safe staying there, it’s very clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is good, it’s close to the parks, and the amenities are great and it’s an awesome and inexpensive spot to stay for a trip to Disney!"

"Room was suffice not a lot of space but clean and pest free. Nice large bathroom with shower shelves to place items. The breakfast was excellent with fruits, hot eggs and bacon sausage just like the pictures. Parking was easy and very full lot, though stranger noises coming from the bushes at night. I would definitely stay here again and again. In walking distance to a flea market and McDonalds very nice location. The theme park shuttle is free but picks up too early before the parks even close."
