"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. A true urban gem for those looking to take in a real and raw experience of San Francisco in a safe and clean environment "

"Spent Mother's Day at Holiday Inn Express Fisherman's Wharf and it was great. Loved the fact that I could add parking to my hotel cost prior to arriving at hotel. Normally the Valet parking is $65 but paid $40 and the valet still parked the car which was fine. It's walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. There's an Applebees restaurant and other restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. Was only there for one night since a friend was in SF for a couple of days. "

"Hotel is unique and quirky. Staff very pleasant. Situated out of the way but there are restaurants nearby and local buses that can take you all over. You need to be prepared to bus it. Breakfast was simple but nice with some hot and cold food. Loved the sherry and cookie at 4pm each day."

"Great property, loved it. Front desk staff ( Asian lady ) when we checked needs to change her attitude. She doesn’t necessarily belong to hospitality industry. General Manager should take note. This industry is all about people and if you’re not accommodating at the front desk, there is an issue with guest service. "

"Small boutique hotel just at Bay Br8dge and Ferry. Attention to details: shaving/make up mirror; high, comfy beds;Quality bedding and towels; bathrobes; heat light in shower. No real breakfast. Good check in and reception."

"Everything about this spot was amazing. Really lovely staff that were super helpful to travellers, great location near the transit centres, right across the street to a Walgreens and 711 for some small pick ups. Only small issue was the size of the bathroom but other than that the room was super spacious, good looking and comfortable. Could not recommend a better spot to stay."

"We were on the 9th floor, it was a small room, but fine for SF. Location and comfort of the bed were the best aspects, but the elevator is so small; there is only one and it’s very slow. That was my least favorite part. "
