"When i checked into my room the air conditioner was making this constant buzzing noise so i went to the front desk and asked if it ever shut off. Without hesitation the maintenance man jump in and checked it out. He ended up changing out the old one for a new one. Excellent way to start my stay. Thank you. Everyone was very nice. "

"The faucet in the tub leaks. The shower head/hand wand is mounted way too low and the rod it's mounted to is barely hanging on the wall. The elevators are dirty and the hand sanitizer dispenser on the third flood didn't work. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good and the eating area was very clean. Service has been good."
