「I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. 」

「Our trip was a turn and burn and we were looking forward to staying within the hotel for supper and a relaxing drink, which didn't happen because contrary to the hours they provided in their email, the restaurant was closed, evidently because, according to the front desk clerk, Boerne shuts down on Mondays and Tuesdays.
