「The staff was very pleasant and efficient, especially the cleaning lady I think her name was Mo. Front desk ladies were also nice. Restaurant was closed for maintenance which was disappointing and not communicated when we made our reservation. The bathroom was very big and clean. The room was also big, really my only issues were the bed were so soft that you would roll to the middle if there were two in the bed and the ac took a while to cool the room sufficiently. 「My stay at this Marriott hotel was as good as usual , BUT unfortunately i was very disappointed with the fact that housekeeping did NOT do their part. They fumbled the ball and we were not provided the service. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, trash not thrown out etc. Was not given a reason why this happened and was not provided with a solution. Very uncharacteristic of a Marriott establishment. Will wait to see if there is a response to this mishap. Im usually a very understanding person...
