"Best hotel i have ever stayed at for the price! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ruben helped me add a last minute extra night to my stay and made sure I got the best price. He was also very helpful with any concerns or questions. The water pressure and temperature was amazing. The breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast hours were much more convenient than other hotels. They also have an evening reception with complimentary small bites and drinks. They even gave my son a back to school bag of goodies. The room was perfect and soundproof. The bed was comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful. The service and staff were all exquisite. The details of your stay are thoughtfully executed. I will never stay at another hotel when I travel to San Antonio which is frequently."

"From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the amenities were excellent. We brought our toddler and 10 year old and they had a blast at the waterpark. We ordered room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entirety of our stay and the food was always hot, fresh and most importantly delicious. The kids and adults loved the pizza from the pizza restaurant downstairs as well. The cleaning staff made sure we always had fresh towels and it was appreciated. The bellman that helped us with our luggage cart at the end of the stay was so nice, he heard my toddler ask for chocolate chip cookies and he ran to go get him some for the drive home. Thank you so much Arthur! We are looking forward to our next stay!"

"This was our second time staying here. The lazy river and lagoon were 10/10. We have 3 kids ages 6-1 and everyone had a wonderful time. We have made this a yearly trip for our family! See ya next time!"

"Pros - Excellent (2) pool areas and comfy poolside loungers, partial covered fireplace area, towels also! Lots of covered outdoor seating. Shady grounds and fire pits with Adirondack chairs and creek on backside of property allows for casual walk. Housekeeping gladly gave us room towels when asked. Nice staff. Rooms have plenty of luggage space, racks, and countertop. Quiet room. Full hot breakfast. Pet friendly but the pet fee is triple $$$ if you book a larger suite. NO prior notification; told only at arrival. Book a room poolside or firepit side; other side faces parking lot. Cons - parking becomes solid full by 9pm. A small convention center next door shares same parking lot. All room windows have white shudder slats that break easily; or do not close completely and NO black out curtains. We had to hang towels on bedroom window to block building bright light because our room located at end of bldg. All duly noted; WE WOULD GLADLY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"I like that it has free parking free daily bfast and has gym and pool. However, I wish they could serve different food daily not the same toast, canned scrambled eggs, and same mini muffins everyday. We ate the same thing everyday for the past 3 breakfast."
