「Our stay was affected by the lack of shuttle transportation and the attitude of the evening clerk when we arrived. We have to make our way to the hotel in our own after 12 hours of travel. The hotel would not answer the phone which made the call transfer to corporate who could not help us. After getting our own transportation to the hotel I questioned the person at the front desk as to why we couldn't reach them. She told me they were busy and don't answer the phone when they're busy. 「The property was a great location. The lobby furniture was well worn and had holes in some of it. The rooms were okay. Pillows had no stuffing in them. Breakfast was good, hot food was different each day. I knew I had to pay for parking but didn't know it was a third party on site you pay separately and valet only.
