Newbury 2 Stars Hotels

This hotel was wonderful. It was a large, clean space. We stayed bc we were attending a wedding in the area. We even forgot our dress & suit in the closet. We called & they gladly held the items for us so we could return & pick them up. There was a lovely park in the area for my 2yo. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay!

Fast and easy checkin

Everything has been great. Received early check in, area is close to beach, shopping, restaurants great location

We loved the Guest House. We were traveling to go to Salem and it was close to the commuter train to ride to and from.

Cute Inn. Convenient location and great amenities.

Perfect room with an amazing work area!!!. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and the room was fantastic! Will definitely book there again

Everything was pretty clean they were just remodeling some of the floors but it was a nice stay

Felt the need to leave a review after some of the negative ones I read. This is a no frills hotel, in which the carpet and other things are a bit outdated. It was cheap, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and what led to me booking it was the indoor pool and mini fridge and microwave in each room. I’ve stayed worse places in Maine for more money and was overall happy with the stay. The staff aren’t overly friendly but not rude. It’s in a good location and parking was easy. Will stay here again...

Adorable boutique hotel! As a hop and a skip away from the hustle and bustle of Salem, it was refreshing to retire to the Cabot Lodge in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze (a no-contact check-in) and, much to our delight, a beautifully designed room awaited us. The cleanliness and safety of the hotel are top-notch. Intagramable to say the least, the Cabot Lodge in Beverly wins my favor.

Overall, the hotel and stay was great. We got there early and were able to check in early with no additional costs, which made our stay so much easier and better. The room was very clean. Front desk employees were nice, especially the gentleman who let us check in much earlier! There are many restaurants and places around the hotel to grab a bite to eat. We had the standard double queen room which came with fridge and microwave. It was nice and quiet. Comfortable beds. There is a pool and...

The Surf House is very clean and tidy. Pool was great, mattresses were amazing and checking in was a breeze. They were able to accommodate a couple of last minute requests without issue. The staff, especially Hannah, were wonderful.

Room was very well kept, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and modern, halls, stairs, elevator was tidy. Staff was amazingly friendly, and responsive. Hotel was quiet and pleasant.

Except for the 5 smoking guests on the bench to the right of the door the property would of gotten an excellent score. There needs to be a designated smoking spot away from the hotel. Maybe at the top of the parking lot in the back. Other than that we really liked our stay. It was really clean and comfy with staff to match. The kids loved the breakfast and got full. Said they had lots of options. Is a place we would stay at again if ever in the area.

We were just on an overnight away from home so didn't bring any phone chargers with us. But my wife's phone started eating away the battery and we knew it wouldn't last until we got home. She asked at check-in if the hotel had a charger we could borrow. The guy checking us in said he had one out in his car that would work and let us borrow it to charge the phone. Service above and beyond what is expected!

A wonderful place to stay!

Super easy check in, just fill out the forms before hand. Super clean, loved our stay. Very convenient and great value.

Would definitely stay again. The view was amazing and easy to get the boardwalk and the beach
