Then, in the 3rd night, they put me in a room, the heater was also audible from the lobby, with a burn 3 inches long on the sink, the TV would freeze on every channel, no towels, no soap, not even a light in the batroom, and THE DOOR WOULDN'T EVEN SHUT.
