The staff were very nice and the lobby was upscale and inviting. Going further into the hotel there were things that need updating. Wallpaper peeling, wires exposed and our bathroom door in our room didn’t latch shut. We did like this hotel though and would stay again.

Good location, near many restaurants and the national park. Unfortunately going through some renovation , so the exterior didn't look very inviting and parking was a little challenging, but overall nice hotel.

The inside of the hotel was very nice, the rooms were great but they didn’t tell us that they were under construction (facelift) of the outside so it was a little confusing but the stay was great.

Room smelled bad, visible water damage and funk from old carpet. The staff were friendly and said renovations are coming, but room was not inexpensive. I could forgive those things but I was charged $157 for incidentals and when I called I could not get an accounting of where that went. I was told a manager would call me back AFTER I insisted. I suspect a scam of some sort, so I disputed with my cc company. Make sure you get an itemized bill when you checkout.

Handy location, Exterior under construction

We were worried for a minute as the exterior is under renovation with boom lifts and fences. However, the inside is fine and all amenities available. Has a nice little bar of you need a nightcap. Plenty of parking, and good location close to the interstate. Price was on the high side of what I would expect, but for some reason all the hotels here were.. even the super budget brands were pushing $200 or more. While expensive, comparatively it was a decent value.

The only reason i gave 4 stars is because of the staff. One of the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. I might come back another time just because of them. Cleanliness is a different story and it’s not even staff’s fault because it looks like a lot of carpet needs to be replaced- in the elevators and the room.
