「very friendly front desk staffs」

「We enjoyed our stay. The rooms looked like they were recently updated and remodeled.」

「We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again.」

「We didn't end up staying there. Our room smelled like smoke, and the other rooms we were taken to also smelled like smoke and had a musty smell.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!」

「Our room was very dirty with cracker crumbs on the floor and something sticky on the night stand with hair stuck in it. I reported this and was just offered a 10% discount. They charged us $16 for parking that was supposed to be free. When we questioned it they said it would be removed but has not after a week and a half.」

「Drug addicts hanging outside the hotel! Watching you walk to your room. Felt very unsafe didnt last an hour grabbed my stuff and left. Do not stay!」

「Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!」
