「Good stay 」

「Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely pleasant and helpful.」

「100/10 (that’s no typo). Misty was amazing! She settled us into our rooms quickly, called to make sure that it met expectations, and when we got up early the next day she was the one serving a hot and tasty breakfast. We. Will. Be. Back!!! I never get to say that about my hotel stays !!」

「The room was great, staff was great, parking was tight because they had a full house. My only issue this trip was every time I went into or came out of the main front door, there was a super strong smell of marijuana like someone within 10 feet was smoking it. I wish the lot was more lit up than it is as well. 」

「Nice staff, very helpful, clean room, very nice amenities in the room( microwave, frig, desk and two chairs, lamp and good lighting, flat screen tv with internet, excellent bed and pillows. The motel has no pool, homeless live there, the area is shady and the motel is being remodeled, noisy freeway out one side, and someone knocked on my door at midnight all 10 nights….?」

「Room and hallway smelled really bad . Room wasn't the cleanest but doable for one night stay. The entrance to the property wasn't the best! It took a month to get my deposit back! 」

「There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. 」

「Definitely not a safe neighborhood. But when I checked in, the lady who checked me in said I had already checked in and handed me my key cards. The wrong first name was spelled on the key card envelope, and it was a rude name, to say the least. And then there was no room number? It was all so odd and uncomfortable. Breakfast was the best part, it had solid options.」

「The Hampton was sold out but staff provided a professional service to all patrons. Very informed in answering questions. Very clean room and facility. Buffet breakfast a large array of hot and cold options. Never have seen a better quality and variety. Great place.」

「The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.」

「The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. 」
