Rebecca greeted me at the front desk with a friendly and warm welcome when I walked into the hotel! She was very informative about all of the amenities the property offered and again genuinely friendly. The overall property, room and parking lot was well maintained. I especially loved the fluffy bath towels! I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through West Virginia!

We were on a 9 day road trip across KY, WV, OH so we only stayed one night but the room we chose was geared toward those staying multiple nights like business travelers. So that was a bonus for us. Great room, close to downtown and the interstates. Good experience.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was considerate, helpful, respectful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room itself was okay and served our needs for a one-night stay. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the bedrooms were fine. However, the connecting living room could have used a thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture was stained and really needed to be replaced. Overall, the suite met our needs for a short overnight stay, but given the condition of the living area and furniture, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer. The staff was definitely the highlight of our experience!
