「Television stations were either without sound or in Spanish. Most of outdoor door card readers did not work. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing on to ground. Entire building had a strong smell of marijuana. Would not stay here again」

She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...

「TV was small. It had only local channels on "cable". No premium channels and no smart features. Poor picture kind of fuzzy. Room literally right next to highway exit, but it was quiet inside room. Room was very clean and as pictured. Bed and pillows were very soft and a pleasant sleep experience. Grounds are kind of run down. Bathtub and little rough, showing some delamination and grout pulling away badly where tub meets the bathroom floor tile. AC worked fine. Didn't have the free breakfast...
