「Parking was a challenge. We were blocked in by the Bistro patrons next door; however, the public parking is very close and only had to use it one night. The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking lot of the hotel.」

「Pool was closed for a chlorination issue. The indoor pool was the reason I chose this hotel. I spent an extra $70 to swim inside. I could have stayed at several hotels that did not have an indoor pool for much less per night. We were VERY VERY disappointed!」

The added room security is a nice touch. Staff members are attentive and courteous. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options in a large, well‑organized space. Parking is conveniently close to the building with plenty of room between spaces. This is a second stay at Hampton Inn, Covington, Va.」

「One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed In over the last 20+ years of frequent travel. First, there is not enough parking in the motel as it appeared many guests are living there. So you have to park in the overflow across the street, not the end of the world but not ideal. Also, upon arrival, we noticed one side of the building was completely caved in from an apparent vehicle ramming and caution taped off. Again, not earth shattering, but not a great aesthetic either.
