Parking was perfect. Staff was kind and very helpful and knowledgeable. I find it a little off setting when staff speak another language to each other in my presence, but I can understand they are trying for clarity of the situation. Breakfast was a huge disappointment after the others we have had. The choice of an apple, toast and a pastry is not breakfast. Everything else was good. Highly recommend the Main Street Diner for breakfast, and My Brother’s Place for an amazing dinner.

Parking was plentiful the rooms were clean but the pool was not clean. After the kids jumped in stuff started floating around..Hope they dont get sick from it..Also the front door sounds like its going to fall of the track but at least the elevator was working. It was very quiet there usually its noisy at night. Ladt time I stayed there I asked how you join the choice rewards and the front desk person told me he would help me with that but never did..This time the front desk person was at the desk when the elevator door opened and I was going to ask her about it and she disappeared before I got to the desk. No one was out there at the desk..When I walked out the door she was outside smoking a cigarette..I been staying here since 1988 but wonder if I should just start staying with family.

The lady, Karen , at front desk was super nice with an issue i had. Then the assistant manager , tall blonde guy, was super nice and helpful as we checked out. Hotel was very nice. Safe wouldnt open but that was not an issue. Room 111.

The room was clean. The trash bins at the back parking lot was overflowing. There was a lot of teenagers running up and down the hallway talking loud from 7 pm till 9:30 pm I stepped outside my room to ask them to quiet there wasn't anyone from the front desk asking them to be quiet. I have stayed there a lot of times have never had that issue.
