It was great to have a convenient shuttle on site. We came around Christmas time and outdoor area was decorated with Christmas Lights, so beautiful!! At the hotel we saw a few Christmas trees, nicely decorated, elves on the shelve everywhere, we feel welcome here. Thank you

There were two people who checked us in and they were absolutely wonderful. Expedia and this resort needs to get on the same page. Expedia allowed me to book a room that was apparently not dog friendly, but on Expedia it states that it was. However, the front desk people were very considerate and called their manager and they allowed me to stay.

The reviews had us concerned, but we really enjoyed our stay! Quiet, convenient, and relaxing. Beds were cozy and linens were plush. Layout was nice. Fire pit was nice and close by. Front desk ladies working on the morning we checked out were so kind! We will definitely be back.

Nice property, friendly staff, breakfast was good. They really need to keep up the maintenance on the executive villas where we stayed. Exterior: Pealing paint everywhere, hasn't been painted in years. Decks and stairs were very dirty. Also,need to trim trees along walkways. Interior was dated. Not worth what we paid.

This is an older property and could use some updates, but overall it was great. The property is huge and has a ton of amenities. I was incredibly surprised. We were just passing through West Virginia and stopped for the night, but I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was exceptional. All, the servers, lifeguards, shuttle driver, front desk staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were very friendly. Amenities were numerous, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis and pickle ball, bowling alley, golf courses and more. Large, walkable, grounds. The property was a bit run down though and our room was very dark.

Property and activities were very nice. Expedia had sent 2 emails saying I had $100 credit on hotel activities. However, the hotel said this was not the case. A little disappointed in this part. Expedia quoted a lower price than I was actually charged
