The room was in disrepair/unfinished, bed linens did not look clean, television did not have reception. We did get rest but staff and cleanliness, and amenities could definitely be better..

You get what you pay for. We got the last first floor room which on a rainy night was good. Beds and sheets were clean. There were issues with things that should be hanging on the walls. No place to hang our clothes, no pictures or mirrors except over the sink. Shower gel sitting on tub, not hanging on shower wall. No breakfast available although there were tables and chairs in the lobby This place did not come up to Wyndham quality.

Let's just say this is he worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This is also the first time I have left a hotel early, and we left after only being there for 30 minutes. I book the hotel an hour prior to arriving since we were road tripping back home and did not know where we planned on stopping that night. Unfortunately I decided to pick the cheap hotel and boy did I pay for that one.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION !! The facility is undergoing a very much needed remodel, if you are looking for a "NICE" place to stay, do not chose this facility at this time. The staff are dealing with the construction surprisingly well, KUDOS to the team for making guest feel comfortable in a very difficult environment, I would NOT have stayed there had I known of the condition the facility.

We were in a non-smoking room that had evidence that it was indeed smoked in. Furniture was out of place & broken. The room was dirty. We were placed on the top floor in the back corner far away from everything. In the morning when we go to leave, there are 3 clean, bottom floor rooms with vacancy that were tidy and what the pictures described. Our room was gross and a joke.

Upon enter into the room, we found the floors to be wet and very slippery. We dried the floors by running the air conditioning however, the floors remained slippery. About 10:30 pm we found that there was no hot water. I discussed this with the hotel associate who did not realize the lack of hot water. She suggested changing room whereupon I requested she check the proposed rooms for hot water. She returned and informed me there was no hot water in those rooms either. Her only solution was for us to go to another hotel. We had been driving all day, had settled in the room and the only option was to find another hotel at 11 pm? Additionally, she could not refund our payment because it was made via Expedia. In the morning we had hot water. Thanks, we will find a different hotel next trip.

La salle de bain était dans un état lamentable, le plancher était collant et le lit qui faisait du bruit ! Il devrait être rénové d’ici quelques mois selon les employés sur place. Aussi le déjeuner n’était pas inclus comme mentionné dans la réservation.
