「We went with this hotel b/c of price. Because of that we weren’t expecting anything fancy. Breakfast was pretty good, never crowded. The staff was friendly, always greeted us as we came and went. There is a Starbucks literally across the street, plus plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. The biggest plus? The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My husband agreed. It may have been more comfortable than our bed at home and that says a lot! 」
「I thought this was an excellent hotel, clean, nice rooms, bed was acceptable, not my bed at home but it was acceptable. Starbucks was right next door and we could walk to the Texas Roadhouse which allowed my husband and I both to be able to enjoy some adult beverages since we could walk back to the hotel. My only complaint was the coffee in the reception area was empty at 6pm Saturday and the hand sanitizer bottles near the elevator were empty for our whole 2 night stay but everything else was...
「Loved stating here. Clean, quiet and safe. Perfectly located between Biltmore and Downtown. They put out a newsletter with all the weekend activities and a list of local breweries and wineries with address and hours. The hot tub was done for repairs, so it would have been nice to have been told that at check in or through email ahead of time. Staff was awesome and restaurant was reasonably priced. 」
