「Chetola is a very old, outdated and tired facility. They have no real amenities. The swimming pool is a dark inside pool. The restaurant is still under renovations and was closed (since before May).」

「Customer Service was top-notch! Super kind & pleasant employees were more than happy to give recs of nearby destinations and adventures... all were polite to answer so many of our questions…was neat learning the history of the Inn, too. Building and grounds were so clean and quaint! Rooms were spacious and comfortable… Felt like stepping back into a different time & place; so many great little corners to relax, read, enjoy coffee and/or a drink. So close to great trail heads and fun towns, but...

「It was a nice stay in Helen. The onsite restaurant was convenient and there was live music on Saturday night. I was disappointed with the fish I ordered for dinner. Other than that, it was delightful.」
