"We had a second floor corner room with views of the town/river and a balcony. The room was modern and spacious. We also had a large bathroom with wonderful shower/bath. The storage was insane! On a ski holiday this is a must. The beds were extremely comfortable with high end linen. The only problem we had was getting our tv up and running but that’s because we just couldn’t work out how to work it. I’m sure if our kids were with us they could have figured it out instantly. The hotel itself is extremely tasteful. The spa/pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor jacuzzi was heaven after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was best we have ever had in a ski hotel. Turn down service was a plus, with a yummy chocolate each evening. I cannot fault this place. We have booked again "

"This hotel is centrally located just off the Main Street. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is what truly makes this property stand out. They are multi lingual and are sincerely eager to help. We consulted with them daily sometimes several times during the day and they made us feel at home."

"We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!"
