「Room was great and beach front access was excellent. Food choices were limited due to no availability on the onsite restaurant due to first come first serve policy for all but one restaurant. They do try to upsell you the vacation packages to pay them exorbitant prices in four years to enjoy for 20+ years. You can avoid that as staff is really friendly.」

「The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.」
