I booked this hotel because it’s very close to cruise terminal and just 5 minutes walk from subway station. 5-6 minutes walk from hotel to a park and the famous red brick district. A very comfortable and relax stay before boarding a cruise ship.

I stayed in this hotel few times and in this chain dozen times while I was in Japan. Very consistent experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, SPA, that is open late on premises.

A great onsen within the hotel. We stayed in a twin beds room which gave us slightly more space than a double bed. All sorts of extras; toothbrush, razor, slippers, hairbands. The only negative was the pool wasn't open.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see the comforter was down feathers instead of polyester filled. And despite the other reviews about air conditioning concerns, we were able to manage the room temperature without issue. I would definitely stay at the APA Yokohama Bay Tower again on my next trip to Yokohama.

Very close subway , hot springs was fantastic , very clean and great Hotel ,cleaning service was great . Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. I wish we could open the window but the person in charge said they can’t open the windows at this Apa Hotel in Yokohama so I respect that. I love my stay at this hotel
