"New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! So you have to leave luggage on the floor. 2. Big ofuro had steam sauna (women) but it was a joke. It wasn't hot at all. I was able to do own hot yoga (warm yoga!) "

"Nice location, among the woods and mountains of Hanazono. Located close to all sports activities. A car is necessary to move around, it is not walkable to shops nor restaurants. "
