"Staff not really friendly"

"It is very close to Sapporo Station which is convenient for coming in and out of the city from Chitose Airport and commuting around the city. The property is clean with a more than sufficient amenities. The only problem I had was the smell of diesel on the 1st and 2nd floor, which was off-putting."

"This is from my twelve year old daughter: The Spa was very chill and relaxing. The Sauna was very hot and enjoyable, while the cold bath was refreshing. I think it is a great place for a vacation. I highly recommend it."

"Modern room, comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. AC can switch between warm and cool air. 55” TV that allows video streaming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was no view outside window, my room was facing the next building really close. Central location for food, shopping and entertainment. Overall, good value. "
