"Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room. Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around. Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!"

"Hotel is on the older side but well maintained. Location is good - about 10-15 minute walk to main station. Taxis are familiar with location as well. We booked ‘deluxe quadruple room’ w 4 beds with 2 being non-standard beds but they comfortable. Main bedroom was spacious even with all the beds. Liked that bedroom door with small hallway leading main door, powder room/closet and bathroom to could be closed. Breakfast was acceptable with good selection to accommodate all types of diets. Onsen was quite nice but lile other user says, layout is a little odd. Self pay laundry available but location not so convenient - on main lobby floor next to smoking room. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay."
