"Hotel felt very grand, had an old world charm with beautiful features. Onsen surprisingly good, especially the various jacuzzis. Amazing central location, very easy by bus from airport. Very clean and friendly staff."

"Clean rooms and mainly friendly staff but very busy, so hard to get fast service. Very convenient for the canals and main shopping streets but about a 10 minute uphill walk to the main Otaru station and about a 20 minute walk to Minami Otaru station up the main tourist shopping street."

"Connected to everywhere I need to go via underground walkway. Great when the weather is not nice outside and also save a lot of transportation cost. The rooftop barbeque was great. It was a lot of fun. I have a room facing the TV towel and Odori Park wonderful view."

"Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself. The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers."

"Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!"
