It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and kept that way all week. Turn down service was a plus! The monorail was convenient and very easy to navigate. Check out was a breeze and the magical express service was helpful and convenient and checking out bags for the flight and the hotel was so easy! I will only stay at this hotel for future trips to Disney! I highly recommend the Grand Floridian for anyone looking for a nice relaxing and easy vacation.

Hotel property is outstanding.. highly recommend and I look forward to going back. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to Epcot, the boardwalk, loved taking the ferry for a character breakfast and the ease of getting to magic kingdom. Was nice to return to the hotel & quietness after a long day of crowds.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean, service was superb, food was delicious. Only thing I'm sure everyone is complaining about and I think management should look at is the the pool.. too cold for comfort. other than that the place is spot on.

This hotel has a ton of activities to do for the kids and adults. It’s beautiful with all the animals, while all staff members were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told
By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. She said...

Everything Disney and the Yacht Club hotel were great but by booking on Expedia, you do not receive a Disney confirmation number so you cannot log into the my Disney Experience to plan the stay as well as not able to activate your smart bands. Defintely not good.

Disney always brings out the kid in us. The resort was amazing. Staff was supberb. Nothing really bad to say about our experience, but knowing Disney will read this here are a couple of items.
-Please do not let painters start at 6:00 am. Was not the way we wanted to wake up.Just one day but none the less.. The front desk responded with a big oops.
- Coffee!!?? Come on Disney, free coffee ( not from the in room coffee maker) is not too much to expect is it? At least do not charge $2.50 per...

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

A beautiful property managed with care and consideration for the aesthetics and for the pampering of its guests. For as many times as I will visit Winter Park, I will stay here again and again.

My wife and I have been to Disney World more times than we can count, with kids and without kids. We've stayed at many of the Disney resorts but this was our first stay at the Beach Club and in the Boardwalk area. We don't intend to stay anywhere else from now on.
In my opinion this is the best location in the park, you're walking distance to Epcot, and I mean walking distance, from the Beach Club it's at most five minutes, from the Yacht Club add 2-3 minutes and maybe another ten from the...

We LOVE that we can rely on this hotel to provide luxury without insanely high prices. The grounds are gorgeous and it's close to Disney Springs. We are passholders, and this is our hotel of choice, every time!
