「We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. 「Perfect for our one night stay driving up from SW Fla. We arrived early morning & were able to check in right away. Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. Parking was easy & accessible. Room was comfortable with nice views out of floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of storage & closet space. Beds were comfy. Hotel was accommodating with extra pillows, blanket, etc. Connecting room next door was not sound proofed well-could hear everything. Would like to request better bath products...
