Seems some of the rooms are weekly apartments. Lots of noise at night; yelling, slamming doors, cars, etc. Parking area was well-lit and pretty clean. Pool is too far away, feels like it belongs to the hotel next door. Only one umbrella in pool area and it was trash. Construction on hotel in front of this one. Parking lot and drive was partially blocked by a big dumpster. Room was fairly clean, not spotless. No hair dryer, just soap, not enough towels. We had to ask for more. No hangers. Microwave and fridge worked. Easy to walk to shops on International Drive but area didn't feel safe after dark.

Not friendly at all the room small terrible and floor are dirty needs a toons of update and ask for deposit. Good thing cheap hot water excellent and air conditioning great. But to much Fichi people around.

Great area, enough parking and the room was clean. We had to move rooms after getting there, The Tv in first room was broken and the light by the bed buzzed. We moved rooms, then the Tv in the second rooms speakers were blown, the shower head screamed, the toilet kept running, the shower water didnt stay hot long, and the bed mattress was so worn on the edges it was almost rounded into a slope. They are doing construction in the front lot, which made getting in and out difficult at times if other cars were coming a different direction. But it was clean and the location was convenient.

Had low expectations to begin with, as only needed place for 8 hour stay (sleep). Was expecting a 1 star, place is a 0.1 star, very rundown and smelled moldy, and bed was horrible.

The place was nothing compared to what they posted online, we ended up cancelling that same night and ended up staying in the car till midnight when we found another hotel. Terrible place, shocking enough, there was 2 people in front of us who where also cancelling their stay, who knows how many more. It needs renovations, and not the cheap kind.

This isn’t a tourist hotel. It’s a long term stay motel where people live. There were eviction notices on doors. People were living out of their cars in the parking lot. It is set way back off the main road behind another motel which is also a long term stay place and where there is construction fencing. It’s not a safe place for young women tourists. The rooms were smelly, moldy, damp. There was hair in the bedding and in the shower. The tub tap was dripping. The bathroom fan was very loud. I would not recommend this to anyone

There was paint peeling off of the walls. There was a light flickering. The option to select an auxiliary port on the t.v. wasn’t working. Look…. I get that you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. In this pricing category, Motel 6 does better. Please have a little bit more integrity and invest in your property. It makes the value of the entire place go up, and, you will get less feedback like this. I’d even pay in and around $10-$20 more, per night, if the place was a little bit nicer. Thanks.

Absolutely gross room I had to clean it myself. I was scared to get bed bugs or some sort of sickness. They absolutely DO NOT clean these rooms. Look at how disgusting it is. Lucky i wasn’t in the room most of the time and only used it to sleep and shower. Shower was disgusting, the sink was disgusting there was left over food and trash in the room. Stuff on the walls they never even cleaned. It’s grimy and disgusting in all corners.
